APPETIZERS

Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan Cheese,
Cream cheese, scallions, garlic, red peppers and baked until golden brown
Bruschetta
Toasted Artisan French bread topped with a delicious
mixture of fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil
Balsamic glaze & Red wine Vinegar.

LITTLE SMOKIES
Miniature smoked wieners baked and served with
an Apricot dijon mustard sauce.

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU BITES
Bite size chicken breasts are wrapped with swiss cheese & ham and rolled into Panko crumbs and baked into a golden delicious appetizer.  Finished with a Pineapple Apricot Dijon glaze.

CRESCENT ASPARAGUS ROLL-UPS
Flaky Crescent pastry dough wrapped in fresh
Asparagus, pepper jack cheese, Parmesan cheese.
Baked until golden brown.

SUNDRIED TOMATO & ARTICHOKE DIP
Delicious and savory mixture of cream cheese, sun-dried
tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, Kalamata olives and scallions.
Served on assorted crackers.

GUACAMOLE & CHIPS
Craft made Guacamole creamy and delicious, served with corn tortilla chips.

PESTO PALMIERS
Savory puff pastry is baked  with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, blue cheese & Parmesan cheese.  

ASSORTED FRESH FRUIT
Fruit cascade of seasonal fruit of the seasons. Served with a
delicious fruit dip.

FRESH SALSA
Homemade salsa made with fresh tomatoes, Jalapeno & Serrano peppers,
cilantro, garlic and scallions. Served with Corn tortilla chips.

 CHEESE DISPLAY
An array of delicious local cheeses, variety of crackers, assorted olives, dried fruits,
fresh fruit and vegetables.

HOT SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
Delicious spinach, Artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan
cheese and garlic baked together until creamy. Served
with assorted crackers and sliced baguettes.

We also offer Shrimp Cocktail, Chicken or steak skewers for additional fee.

SPECIALTY SALADS

GARDEN SALAD
Mixed baby greens tossed with grape tomatoes, scallions
and English cucumbers. On the side we serve our homemade
croutons and dressings. 2 dressings included.

CITRUS SALAD
Mixed baby greens tossed with Mandarin oranges,
blue cheese, grape tomatoes, english cucumbers,
scallions ansd candied pecan. Dressing is a
homemade citrus dressing.

PEAR & DRIED CRANRAISIN SALAD
Baby Spinach tossed with pears, dried cranraisins,
blue cheese, english cucumbers and scallions. Tossed
with our craft made Champagne Vinaigrette dressing.  Candied pecans served on the side.

STRAWBERRY RASPBERRY SALAD
Mixed baby greens, tossed with fresh Strawberries, scallions,
english cucumbers, grape tomatoes, feta cheese and candied pecans.
Salad is tossed with a homemade Raspberry dressing.

MEXICAN SALAD
Romaine lettuce, tossed with corn, red onions, Cotejo cheese,
cilantro tossed in a homemade creamy cilantro dressing. Garnished
with Pepitas and tortilla strips.

CAESAR SALAD
Romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes, homemade croutons
and tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing.

All our dressings are homemade.  We offer the following dressings:
Raspberry Vineagrette, Ranch, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Vineagrette, Caesar, Thousand Island, Citrus dressing and Champagne Vineagrette.

MAIN ENTREES

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST WITH APPLE CORNBREAD STUFFING WRAPPED IN BACON
Delicious chicken breasts stuffed in an apple cornbread dressing wrapped with bacon and served with a white sauce.

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN KABOBS
Delicious chicken breasts are skewered and marinated in our own special Mediterranean sauce, barbequed and served with a homemade Chimchurri sauce. (Rice Pilaf is a great side dish for this chicken dish)

CHICKEN ASADA
Succlent chicken breasts marinade in our own special homemade marinade, barbequed, sliced and served with corn or flour tortillas,  homemade cilanntro dressing, our special radish mix, homemade salsa and lime wedges.

ROAST TURKEY WITH HOMEMADE  STUFFING
Roasted whole turkey is rubbed with our own special rub, roasted and served with homemade dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Not available in our tasting.


TRI-TIP VEGETABLE KABOBS
TRI-TIP is marinated, cubed and skewered with zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers and onions. The skewers are barbecued  and served with our own craft made bbq sauces.

BOB’S SMOKED TRI-TIP
Our tri-tip is rubbed with our own homemade blend of spices, smoked and sliced. Served with craft made bbq sauces.

MARINATED CARNE ASADA
Succulent skirt steak is marinated in our own homemade seasoning and marinade overnight. We barbeque it, slice and serve it with our own homemade
creamy cilantro sauce, our homemade radish mix, homemade salsa and tortillas

BOB'S TRI-TIP SLIDERS (SO GOOD!)
Marinated trip-tip is smoked and finished on the grill.  Sliced and put into fresh bakery rolls.  Served with red onion, pickles & our craft made bbq sauces.

MEAT LASAGNA
Delicious homemade meat sauce with Italian sausage, layered between lasagna noodles and 4 different cheeses. Baked until golden brown.

CREAMY PESTO SAUCE BAKED WITH RIGATONI AND VEGETABLES (VEGETARIAN)
Homemade creamy pesto sauce is cooked in a white wine sauce tossed with fresh broccoli, red & yellow peppers, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes,  garlic, onions artichokes, Parmesan cheese and baked with Rigatoni pasta.

PASTA PRIMAVERA (VEGETARIAN)
Penne pasta with fresh broccoli, cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, red & yellow peppers, fresh basil and garlic. Mixture is tossed with olive oil and Parmesan cheese.

ITALIAN MEAT LASAGNA
Italian sausage is cooked and mixed into our craft marinara sauce.  Layered with fresh lasagna sheets, mozzarella cheese, Asiago cheese, Roman & Parmesan cheeses.  Delicious!

VEGETABLE LASAGNA
Homemade marinara sauce is layered with a vegetable medley of zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash, fresh lasagna noodles mozzarella, Asiago cheese, Romano and Parmesan cheeses.

BARBEQUED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS (VEGETARIAN AND LIGHT)
Portobello mushrooms are stuffed with a medley of fresh tomatoes, fresh basil,garlic, cremini mushrooms, red wine & Balsamic vinegars and olive il. We then top it with Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese, it’s barbequed until golden brown.

BAKED SALMON
Delicious Atlantic salmon is seasoned and brushed with a butter lime & lemon sauce.  So good!
SIDE DISHES

TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Red potatoes are baked and hollowed.  We take the potato filling and mix in butter, sour cream, scallions, cheddar cheese & spices. 
Baked until golden brown.


AU GRATIN POTATOES
Succulent sliced potaoes are mixed with a homemade cheddar cheese sauce and baked in the oven until golden brown.

GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
Red potatoes are cubed and mixed with a medley of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and Parmesan cheese. Roasted in the oven until golden brown.

CREAMY MASHED POTATOES
Cooked Red skinned potatoes whipped with butter, cream & spices.  You can't get better than that, so good!

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH STREUSEL TOPPING
Creamy sweet potatoes are purreed with cream, sugar, eggs and spices. Topped with a delicious, Streusel topping of butter, pecans, brown sugar, flour and spices. So good!

MACARONI & 4 CHEESES
Homemade creamy 4 cheese sauce is mixed with macaroni pasta, topped with sliced tomatoes and a buttered crumb topping.

BAKED BROCCOLI WITH A CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE
Steamed broccoli is mixed with a delicious cheese sauce, baked in the oven until golden brown.

HERBED RICE PILAF
Orzo pasta and long grain rice is mixed with a medley of spices and herbs and cooked to a fluffy goodness.

HERBED GREEN BEANS
Fresh greens are sauteed with seasonings and finished off with a herbed Taragon sauce.

CREAM STYLE CORN
Gulliver’s style homemade cream corn. Made with white corn, butter and seasonings.

RED POTATO SALAD
Red skinned potatoes cooked and cubed. Tossed with a mixture of hard boiled eggs, scallions, celery, dill pickles, mayonnaise, yellow mustard until creamy and delicious.

MACARONI SALAD
Macaroni pasta mixed with celery,scallions, hard boiled eggs, black olives, green olives, mayonnaise and spices.

PESTO & PEA TORTELLINI SALAD
Cheese tortellini, artichokes, baby peas and cubes mozzarella cheese mixed in a creamy spinach pesto sauce.

CAPRESE SALAD
Freshly sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, fresh basil & garlic in a Balsamic vinegar & olive oil sauce.

AMBROSIA SALAD
Mandarin oranges, marshmallows, pineapple, cherries, walnuts, coconut, fruit mixed with whipped cream.

BAKED BEANS
Delicious baked beans mixed with our homemade bbq sauce, onions, seasonings and baked in the oven.

COLESLAW 
Cabbage, onions, shredded carrots, pineapple mixed into a creamy homemade coleslaw dressing sauce.

MEXICAN RICE
Homemade traditional Mexican rice made with long grain rice, onions, tomato sauce, garlic and seasonings. So Good!

PINTO BEANS
Homemade slowly cooked pinto beans mixed with seasonings and cooked until creamy and smooth.

CREAM PUFFS
Homemade cream puffs madde with cream puff dough baked until golden brown.
Filled with a homemade vanilla pastry cream and drizzled with homemade chocolate Ganache.

LEMON CHEESECAKE
Homemade creamy lemon cheesecake, topped with homemade lemon curd and served with whipped topping.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIES
Homemade triple chocolate fudge brownies, drizzled with homemade ganache and served with vanilla ice-cream.

PECAN PIE BARS
Homemade pecan pie bars in a shortbread crust and dipped in chocolate.

VANILLA CHEESECAKE
Homemade vanilla cheesecake with a graham cracker crust served with a 3 berry topping and whipped cream.

LEMON BARS
Homemade lemon bars made with a shortbread crust and dusted with powdered sugar.

APPLE CRISP
Fresh granny smith apples peeled and sliced and mixed with cinnamon, sugar and butter.
Topped with a pecan crumb topping. Served with Caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream.

VANILLA BEAN CREME BRULEE
Fresh cream, eggs, vanilla bean, sugar mixed and baked into a creamy goodness.
Topped with sugar and torched to a hard sugar topping.

COOKIE ASSORTMENT PLATTER (2 PER PERSON)
Homemade Snickerdoodle, Chocolate chip, Oatmeal raisin and Macaroons.

RED VELVET CUPCAKES
Red velvet cupcakes made with a homemade cream cheese frosting.
